Refund policy
At The Benyar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@thebenyar.com. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants);

Custom or personalised items;

Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products);

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
