3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.

4. International Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. The Benyar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections. The Benyar is not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier to confirm the delivery status. The Benyar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Damaged Items
